In an unexpected move, Sigmar has signalled a drop in the tarrifs applied to Azyr-mined iron exported out of the realm. The decision has delighted the Kharadron Overlords, who have already put their shipyards onto a war footing.
“The move couldn’t come at a better time for us,” confirmed Admiral Burzh. “Times were tough, so it’s heartening to hear this news out of Azyr.”
Commentators have been more cynical of the move, casting doubt on the Overlords’ claims to be hard done by. They claim that even before the decision was made the Skyfleets were considered amongst the most well resourced of Order’s forces. Rumours of bribery have yet to be denied by Sigmar.
